MY STORY
I used to think that building a career meant climbing the ladder as fast as possible. I did all the 'right' things4studied law, landed the job, rose through the ranks. I became a C-suite People & Culture executive, led big teams, shaped strategy, and ticked the so-called success boxes.
From the outside, it looked great.
But the reality left me crying in my office.
So I did what I now help others do - I redesigned my work to fit my life, not the other way around. My mission? To help people and workplaces lead (and live) with more courage, connection, and joy. Because work can be hard, but it shouldn’t be soul-sucking. And leadership doesn't have to look like burnout in a blazer.
